Vampire Goth
In the Goth culture, there is a sub group which is known by the name Vampire Goth. In this sub group, one can see the influence of the vampire myth in some form. The subgroup itself is a composition of three types. The first one is a more passive form of observation of the vampire lore. They are similar to other Goths, the only difference being that, they associate most of their activity with vampire.
The second group of vampire Goth is more expressive in nature, with lots of flamboyance. They call themselves "vampyres", spelled with a ‘y' because they want to depart from the mythological characters. Sporting fangs and capes are common, with some people even going for expensive custom made orthodontic devices. They involve themselves in, more often serious, consensual plays, with all these custom add-ons.
The third set of vampire Goths is the one who see themselves as psychic vampires. It basically revolves around the belief that they can draw psychic energy from their victims. There is a slight overtone of religious values in this form of vampire Goth.
